A very simple dough recipe, which is great for dumplings, chebureks and dumplings, it turns out fantastically elastic and tasty! When cooking dumplings do not stick together.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 3 cups
- boiled water – 1 glass
- Salt – half a teaspoon (to taste)
Cooking:
- Be sure to sift the flour
- Add salt to flour and stir
- Pour a glass of water into the flour
- Knead 5-7 minutes
- Put the dough in a bag at room temperature and let it brew for 30-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out the dough, the dough rolls out very well!
