Dough for dumplings, pasties and dumplings

A very simple dough recipe, which is great for dumplings, chebureks and dumplings, it turns out fantastically elastic and tasty! When cooking dumplings do not stick together.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 3 cups
  • boiled water – 1 glass
  • Salt – half a teaspoon (to taste)

Cooking:

  • Be sure to sift the flour
  • Add salt to flour and stir
  • Pour a glass of water into the flour
  • Knead 5-7 minutes
  • Put the dough in a bag at room temperature and let it brew for 30-40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out the dough, the dough rolls out very well!
