Pampushki with garlic in a frying pan

Recipe for donuts with garlic in a pan, which are perfect for borscht and lard.

Ingredients:

  • Water – 250 ml.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Yeast – 25g (dry 8g)
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Dill to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Flour – 480 g.

Cooking:

  • Pour 250 ml into a separate container. warm water, add sugar and yeast.
  • Then you need to sift the flour, and add 1 teaspoon of salt to it and mix.
  • Pour the flour into the yeast and knead for about 3-4 minutes.
  • We put the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  • When the dough has risen, we send the surface with flour, and make a sausage out of the dough, then we divide it into small balls.
  • Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil beforehand and put the balls of dough into it, put the pan on a small fire and cover with a lid, bake on each side for 15 minutes.
  • In a separate container, add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, chopped dill and garlic, mix everything, then grease the finished donuts. Enjoy your meal!
