Delicious summer pie for tea and cold compote.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry – 200 g.
  • Sugar – 180 g.
  • Flour – 320 g.
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp
  • Vanillin
  • Vegetable oil 120 ml.
  • Eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking:

  • We clean the cherries from the stone and leave in a separate container.
  • We sift the flour.
  • In a separate container, add 2 eggs and sugar, and start beating for 4-3 minutes, add milk and continue beating
  • Add baking powder and vanillin to the sifted flour, mix and gradually add to the beaten eggs with milk and sugar.
  • It is necessary to prepare a baking sheet for baking a pie, grease the edges of the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put parchment paper along the diameter on the bottom of the baking sheet, I have 25 cm.
  • First you need to preheat the oven to 165 degrees. Put all the whipped dough on a baking sheet and put the cherry on top, but you can also mix with the dough. Put in the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
