Marinated champignons for 1 hour

The recipe for marinated champignons is very easy to prepare, and you will love the taste!

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms 700-800 g.
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Allspice peas 4 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns 4 pcs.
  • Carnation 4pcs.
  • Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Apple cider vinegar 6% 3 tbsp. l.
  • Bay leaf 3 pcs.
  • Salt to taste

Cooking:

  • Wash and clean mushrooms
  • We throw the mushrooms into the pan, add pepper, bay leaf and cloves, pour cold water and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • After boiling, leave them to cool for 10 minutes and marinate, at this time we crush the garlic on a garlic press.
  • We drain the water in which the mushrooms were marinated, and pour them into a separate container.
  • We add salt, garlic and vinegar to the mushrooms, for 700 grams I have 3 tbsp. spoons, add vegetable oil, you can use olive oil.
  • We shift the mushrooms into a jar and cover with a plastic lid, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy your meal!
