A delicious budget herring appetizer that is suitable for the New Year or any other holiday.
Ingredients:
- Lightly salted herring – 1 pc.
- Processed cheese – 2 pcs.
- Boiled carrots – 1 pc.
- Parsley – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – 20 g.
Cooking:
- Boiled carrots need to be cut into a small cube.
- Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater, and add to the carrots, pour the olive oil there and mix the ground black pepper.
- The herring must be deboned and divided into two fillets.
- The fish fillet should be thin, so I remove the excess meat, cut into small cubes and add to the carrots.
- Then we need cling film, put the fillet on the film, and fill it with our filling.
- We connect two fillets into one, and twist tightly with cling film, put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. The appetizer is ready, bon appetit.
