Korean carrot recipe

A very tasty Korean-style chopped carrot salad for any holiday.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots – 1 kg.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 6 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic – 6 teeth.
  • Olive or sunflower oil – 75 g.
  • Korean carrot seasoning

Cooking:

  • Carrots, wash and peel, chop on a carrot grater.
  • Add seasoning to chopped carrots (I used the company “Lubistok”), chopped garlic and olive oil heated on the stove, to stir thoroughly
  • Leave for 12 hours.
