A very tasty Korean-style chopped carrot salad for any holiday.
Ingredients:
- Carrots – 1 kg.
- Apple cider vinegar – 6 tbsp. l.
- Garlic – 6 teeth.
- Olive or sunflower oil – 75 g.
- Korean carrot seasoning
Cooking:
- Carrots, wash and peel, chop on a carrot grater.
- Add seasoning to chopped carrots (I used the company “Lubistok”), chopped garlic and olive oil heated on the stove, to stir thoroughly
- Leave for 12 hours.
