Ingredients:
- Jelly 3 packs of 90 g.
- Gelatin – 20 g.
- Powdered sugar – 120 g.
- Sour cream 15% – 350 g.
Cooking:
- Pour boiling water over three packages of jelly, the jelly should be of different types, I have raspberry, kiwi and orange flavors. For each package of jelly, 350-400 ml of water is needed. When the jelly has completely dissolved and cooled, put it in the refrigerator until it hardens completely, for about a couple of hours. Cut the hardened jelly into small pieces and put it in a mold. The mold should be silicone.
- Pour warm water over the gelatin and leave for 5 minutes to swell, about 100 ml of water.
- Mix sour cream with gelatin and beat for 7 minutes and pour into the mold.
- Put our dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- When serving, heat the water in a container to a boil, lower our mold with jelly into it for 1 minute and turn it over onto a plate for serving.
