Syrniki are perfect for breakfast and are very tasty with sour cream.
Ingredients:
- Curd – 500 g
- Sugar – to taste
- Salt – a little
- Flour – 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Vanillin – to taste
Cooking:
We take a suitable container, put the cottage cheese there, add sugar and eggs and mix well, add a pinch of salt, flour and vanillin. Then we make small balls from this cottage cheese, and spread it on a clean surface. We heat the pan and begin to fry the cheesecakes, each side for about 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
