Minced meat for dumplings and chebureks

A simple and delicious recipe for dumplings and chebureks.

Ingredients:

  • Meat 600 g (pork)
  • Salo 100 g
  • 1 onion
  • Black pepper 2 g (to taste)
  • Salt half a teaspoon (to taste)
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves (to taste)
  • Water 100 ml. or 2 tablespoons of kefir

Cooking:

  • Mix everything
  • Let stand 10 minutes
