Recipe for a delicious shish kebab marinated in tomato juice!
Ingredients:
- pork 1 kg.
- tomato juice
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- vinegar 100 ml.
Cooking:
- We cut the meat, it is advisable to take the neck, but you can also use another part, for example, a ham.
- Grate the onion (I used carrot).
- Salt, pepper, a mixture of vinegar and tomato juice, tomato juice is enough to cover the meat, it took me about 400 ml, mix everything.
- Marinate for a couple of hours, but preferably more, about 8 hours.
