A very simple and tasty way to marinate kebab according to the Soviet recipe, which everyone should try.
Ingredients:
- Pork meat (neck) 1kg.
- Vinegar 9% 8 tbsp. l.
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Bay leaf 4 pcs.
Cooking:
- We wash the meat and cut into medium pieces, put in a separate container, salt and pepper to taste, add bay leaf and vinegar.
- The meat needs to be mixed well, we also need some kind of load so that the meat marinates in its juice, this is very important. I use a plate and a liter glass jar of water, put the meat for 3-4 hours, but 12 hours is better.
