An excellent cold appetizer that we often prepare for the New Year holidays.
Ingredients:
- onion 2 pcs.
- carrot 1 pc.
- tomato paste 2-3 tbsp
- salt (half tsp)
- frozen hake fish (3 small pieces)
- flour about 1 tbsp
- water 200 mg.
Cooking:
- cut and fry the fish, after frying, remove the bones from the fish, put the fish on plates
- grate the carrots on a small grater, chop and fry the onion in medium cubes, add the carrots to the fried onion for 3 minutes
- add tomato paste to carrots and onions, add water, simmer for about 15 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste
- gradually stir in the flour until it becomes empty, pour it into bowls, you can add parsley for decoration, leave until thickened, use it cold
