A simple and delicious recipe for cooking young potatoes with lard at the stake.
Ingredients:
- New potatoes 6 pcs.
- Salo 500 gr.
- Cardamom
- Salt
- Black pepper
Cooking:
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut in half, salt and leave in a separate container.
- Cut the lard into small pieces, you can use lard with a meat vein, add salt, pepper, cardamom to taste and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- We put potatoes and lard on skewers and start frying on coals over a fire. It takes about 40-50 minutes to cook the dish, depending on the temperature of the heat.
