Baked potatoes with bacon

A simple and delicious recipe for cooking young potatoes with lard at the stake.

Ingredients:

  • New potatoes 6 pcs.
  • Salo 500 gr.
  • Cardamom
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Cooking:

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut in half, salt and leave in a separate container.
  • Cut the lard into small pieces, you can use lard with a meat vein, add salt, pepper, cardamom to taste and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • We put potatoes and lard on skewers and start frying on coals over a fire. It takes about 40-50 minutes to cook the dish, depending on the temperature of the heat.
