Recipe for a delicious homemade pork stew that can be stored for 3 to 4 years.
Ingredients:
- Pork shoulder 2 kg.
- Salt 2 tbsp. spoons without a slide
- Pepper to taste
- Water
Cooking:
- We wash the meat, then cut into small pieces, add salt. For 1 kg. meat is eaten a tablespoon of salt, freshly ground black pepper is collected, left to marinate the meat for 20-30 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, sterilize the lids, rinse the jars well with soda, and wipe with a towel.
- Then tightly place the meat in jars and close the lid. In a separate suitable saucepan, lay out some kind of cloth and put the jars there, pour cold water into the saucepan up to the volume of the jars and put some kind of load, I usually plate. Cook on low heat for 5 hours, all these 5 hours you will need to add water, approximately every hour.
- When the jars were sterilized, they rolled up the machine. It is very important to turn the jars over on the lids, and wrap them, for example, with a blanket, leaving them for 12 hours.
- The stew is ready. Enjoy your meal!
